To qualify for the
academic/government discount rate, you must 1) be either a current
employee of an FFRDC (federally funded research and development
center), government agency, or academic institution, 2) register with
your government or education institution email address (ending in.mil,
.gov, .edu, .org), and 3) show your employer-issued identification
when picking up your badge onsite. If you fail to present your
employer-issued identification when picking up your badge, you will be
expected to pay either $865.00 (the full conference rate) or $320.00
(the one-day conference rate).

To register for FloCon 2015, please visit the online registration site and
complete the form. After providing the necessary information, you will
receive an automated confirmation from the registration site.

By completing your registration you agree that your registration data may be shared with the official conference hotel (Hilton Worldwide Inc.) for the purposes of cross-referencing conference attendee confirmations and guest room block usage. Guest room reservations made in the conference block may also be shared with the conference organizers (SEI) to track block usage.
By registering, you grant the Software Engineering Institute (SEI)
permission to communicate with you regarding this conference, and
other SEI-related services, via the contact information you have
provided. Registrants grant the SEI permission to share this
information with the participants of FloCon.
By registering, you grant Carnegie Mellon University and/or anyone
acting on their behalf ("Carnegie Mellon") permission to photograph,
film, or otherwise record and use your name, likeness, image, voice
and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute,
broadcast, edit and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in
publications, advertising materials, or in any other form, and for any
purpose without compensation.
Purchase orders are available to organizations and are not
available to individuals. Please note that a purchase order for
multiple conference delegates must be accompanied by a completed
registration form for each person. Print out the PDF
Registration Form, and mail or fax one copy for each registrant
with your purchase order. Registration will not be confirmed or
guaranteed until payment is received and funds are cleared.
Changing your Registration
You may request a change to your registration at any time through January 5, 2015. Changes made while using this system are provisional until our staff updates your record. You will receive a new confirmation email at that time.
If your changes result in a refund due, the refund will be made within 30 days after the conference.
Refund requests received in writing and postmarked by December 19,
2014 will be processed minus a $75 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS
WILL BE GIVEN AFTER DECEMBER 19, 2014. Refunds for check payments
will be mailed after the conference.
