Phone - CERT hotline

The CERT hotline is available from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. EST(GMT-5) / EDT(GMT-4) Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Outside of working hours, CERT personnel are on call for business-related emergencies. The CERT hotline cannot provide technical support for home users. Home users should contact their Internet Service Providers or computer manufacturers for technical support.

To report an internet crime to the FBI/IC3, visit the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
