Solutions for printing pages


We recognize that some users print documents from our web site, so if you are trying to print a page and it continues to cut off the right side, here are some solutions you can try. (These solutions include instructions for configuring Internet Explorer and Netscape on machines running Windows. Instructions may vary on other operating systems or browsers. )
  • Print in landscape mode
    • Internet Explorer
      1. On the toolbar, go to File and select Print...
      2. In the print dialog box, click on the Layout tab
      3. In the Orientation section within the Layout tab, choose Landscape
      4. Click Print
    • Netscape
      1. On the toolbar, go to File and select Print...
      2. In the print dialog box, click Properties...
      3. In the Orientation section within the Layout tab, choose Landscape
      4. Click OK to exit the document properties dialog box
      5. Click OK to exit the print dialog box and print the document

  • Scale the paper size appropriately
    • Internet Explorer
      1. On the toolbar, go to File and select Print...
      2. In the print dialog box, click on the Layout tab
      3. Click Advanced... (near the bottom right corner of the dialog box)
      4. In the advanced options dialog box, click Scaling (below Graphic) and adjust the percentage
      5. Click OK to exit the advanced options dialog box
      6. Click Apply
      7. Click Print
    • Netscape
      1. On the toolbar, go to File and select Print...
      2. In the print dialog box, click Properties...
      3. In the properties dialog box, click Advanced... (near the bottom right corner of the dialog box)
      4. In the advanced options dialog box, click Scaling (below Graphic) and adjust the percentage
      5. Click OK to exit the advanced options dialog box
      6. Click OK to exit the document properties dialog box
      7. Click OK to exit the print dialog box and print the document

  • Use Adobe Acrobat
    1. Open Adobe Acrobat
    2. On the toolbar, go to File and choose Open Web Page...
    3. In the dialog box, type the URL of the page you want
    4. Click Download to exit the dialog box and convert the web page
    5. On the toolbar, go to File and choose Print...
    6. Check to make sure all the settings are correct and click OK to print the document
